Terms & Conditions

Accepting these terms and the changes we make to them
These terms apply to your account with us, to this website and to every game, bonus and promotion you take part in. By opening an account, or by continuing to use one you already hold, you confirm that you have gone through these terms and agree to them. We hold a gaming licence for the services we offer and we verify the accounts we open.
Other published rules work alongside this page. Where one of them covers a narrower subject, it applies to that subject:
- The terms of each bonus or promotion apply to that offer and are published alongside it.
- The rules of each game apply to play on that game and are shown in the game window or its help screen.
- Our privacy policy explains how we handle your personal data and what choices you have over it.
- The cashier shows the payment methods open to you, together with their limits and processing information.
We may change these terms, for example to reflect a change in the law, in our licence conditions, in the payment methods available or in how the site works. The version published here is always the current one. Where a change affects you in a material way, we will tell you by e-mail or by a message in your account before it takes effect.
If you do not accept a change, you can stop playing and close your account. Any remaining balance is paid to you once the checks below are complete.
Eligibility, your account and verification
An account with us is personal to you, and we confirm who is behind it.
Who can open an account
- You must be 18 or over. Nobody under 18 may hold an account, place a stake or claim a promotion.
- You must be resident in the United Kingdom and able to enter into a contract with us.
- You must act for yourself, with your own money, and not on behalf of anyone else.
- You may hold one account only. Where we find duplicate accounts held by the same person or household, we may close the extra accounts and hold back bonus funds won through them.
- You must not be self-excluded with us, or registered with GamStop, when you register.
Your details and your login
The details you give us must be true, complete and your own, and you must keep them up to date in your account. Checks fail and payments are delayed when a name, date of birth or address no longer matches your documents.
Your username and password are yours to look after. Do not share them and do not let anyone else use your account. Write to support@casino-ivy.co.uk or use live chat as soon as you think someone else knows your login, and we will secure the account. You may not sell, transfer or give your account to another person.
Verification checks
Before your first withdrawal we confirm your identity, your age and your address. We may also carry out these checks at other times, including at registration or when you add a payment method. We will ask for the documents listed in your account at the time, and we may ask about the source of your funds where we are required to do so. Until the checks are complete we may limit play, deposits or withdrawals.
Deposits, withdrawals and bonuses
Paying money in
- You may only use a payment method held in your own name. Payments from a third party are returned.
- The methods we accept, any provider fees and the minimum and maximum amounts are shown in the cashier.
- Limits you set yourself apply at once; an increase takes effect only after the period stated in your account.
- Funds in your account are for play on the site. We pay no interest on them and the account is not a bank account.
Taking money out
We return money by the same method you deposited with, where that method allows it. Where it does not, we use another method in your name and may ask for further documents first. Requests are held while our checks are completed and while any outstanding bonus requirement remains. How long the money then takes to reach you depends on your provider. Minimum amounts and processing information are shown in the cashier.
Bonuses and promotions
Every offer carries its own terms, published with the offer, and those terms sit on top of this section. Before you opt in, check the following:
- The wagering requirement, and which games count towards it and at what rate.
- The maximum stake you are allowed to place while a bonus is active.
- How long the bonus and any winnings from it last before they expire.
- Whether a cap applies to the amount you can withdraw from the offer.
- Whether the offer is open to you, as some are limited to new or selected players.
Promotions are to be used in the spirit in which they are offered. Holding more than one account, staking above an offer's limit, playing in a pattern designed only to clear a requirement with little risk, or acting with others to claim the same offer all count as abuse. Where that happens we may remove the bonus and the winnings from it, and we may withdraw access to future offers.
Safer gambling tools and self-exclusion
Gambling should stay something you choose and can afford. Our tools sit in the safer gambling area of your account and take effect as soon as you confirm them.
- Deposit, loss and stake limits, set by day, week or month, with the limits shown in your account.
- Reality checks, which tell you how long you have been playing.
- Time-out, which locks the account for a short period you choose.
- Self-exclusion, which closes the account to play for a longer period and stops our marketing. We cannot reopen it before that period ends.
You can also register with GamStop, the national self-exclusion scheme, which covers online operators beyond us. Free and confidential help is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline.
Closing or suspending an account
- At your request. Tell us through live chat or at support@casino-ivy.co.uk and we will close the account. Any remaining balance is paid to you once our checks are complete.
- Inactivity. Where an account has not been used for a long period we may treat it as dormant. We write to your registered e-mail address first, and the balance stays yours to claim.
- Breach of these terms. We may suspend or close an account where details are false, where one person holds several accounts, where a payment is disputed, or where play points to fraud, collusion or prohibited software. We may hold funds connected to the breach while we look into it.
A closed account cannot be restored as it was. Closing an account does not affect anything already owed on either side.
Complaints, liability and governing law
Complaints and disputes
If something has gone wrong, write to support@casino-ivy.co.uk or use live chat, with your account details and what you would like us to put right. We confirm that we have your complaint, look into it and answer within a reasonable time, keeping you updated if it takes longer. If our final answer does not settle the matter, you can refer it to an alternative dispute resolution provider at no cost to you; our support team will give you its details and explain how to make contact.
Liability
We keep the site running as well as we reasonably can, but we cannot promise it will always be available. Where a game, a payment or the site malfunctions, the affected plays and any payouts from them are void and we correct the balance. We are not responsible for losses caused by your own device, connection or software, or for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and nothing in them affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.
