Ivy Casino VIP Program: Loyalty Points for Every £10 You Wager

Every real-money stake you place adds to your loyalty balance: 1 point for every £10 wagered. Below is how points build up, what else rewards regular play, and the account rules that sit behind it all.

How your loyalty points build up: one point for every £10 you wager

Our loyalty programme runs on one rate. For every £10 you wager with real money, you earn 1 loyalty point. Points collect in the background while you play, so a long run of small stakes counts the same as a short run of large ones. What matters is the total you stake.

That total is turnover, not the amount you pay in. If you put £20 into your account and keep playing with what comes back, every pound that goes into the next spin or the next hand adds to the figure. The loyalty terms held in your account set out what a points balance can be used for at any given time.

Total real-money stakesLoyalty points earned
£101
£10010
£25025
£1,000100
£5,000500

A worked example. You stake £0.40 a spin and play 250 spins. That is £100 of turnover, which gives you 10 points. Play those 250 spins once a week for a month and you are at 40 points. At £2 a spin, the same 250 spins would be £500 staked and 50 points.

Drops and Wins: daily cash tournaments and the Weekly Wheel Drops

Alongside your points, Drops and Wins gives regular play two ways to pick up cash. It runs from 4 March 2026 at 18:01 until 3 March 2027 at 17:59 UK time, and only play on participating titles counts towards it. Every prize from it is paid as cash with no wagering attached, so anything you win is yours to use or take out.

Weekly Wheel Drops

Any real-money stake on a participating title qualifies. Collect three wheel pieces and you get a spin of the wheel for a random prize, with the top prize reaching up to 100,000 times your bet. You can receive a maximum of two prizes per player in each Weekly Wheel Drop.

Daily Tournaments

Big games, big bonuses

Daily Tournaments work on a leaderboard: where you finish decides what you get. The minimum qualifying bet is £0.05, which keeps the entry low if you prefer small stakes, and cash prizes run up to £3,000.

Account rules that keep your rewards yours

Rewards at Ivy Casino are tied to one person and one account. You must be at least 18 and resident in a permitted jurisdiction, and only one open account per person is allowed. Duplicate accounts, or accounts opened using someone else's details, are not accepted.

  • Each promotion is awarded once per person, per household and per device unless its own terms say otherwise
  • The payment method you use has to be in your own name
  • Keep your name, country of residence, email address and phone number up to date so we can reach you about a prize or a check
  • If we make a material change to the terms, you get an email and an on-site banner at least 7 days before it takes effect

Where a promotion's terms and our general Terms and Conditions disagree, the general Terms come first. Opting into an offer confirms that you accept its terms, the general Terms and the Privacy Policy.

Paying in, playing in pounds and what happens to winnings

Everything runs in pounds. The minimum deposit is £10 and the maximum is £2,000 per transaction, and you add payment methods from the Deposit page. There is no win limit, so a big result stands on its own terms, and player money sits in a ring-fenced account kept apart from our operating funds.

When you take money out, we send it back to your preferred payment method, and the cashier shows the current limits for the method you chose.

Staying in control while you collect points

Playing more earns more points, and that is never a reason to play more than you want to. Gambling is entertainment, the money you stake is really at risk, and the tools below are there to set your own ceiling before a session starts rather than during one.

  • Deposit limits you set yourself, so the amount you can pay in over a period is capped
  • Time-out, which closes play for a short break
  • Self-exclusion, for a longer stop
  • GAMSTOP, the multi-operator scheme we recognise; an active GAMSTOP exclusion means an account cannot be opened

Our Safer Gambling information points to the National Gambling Helpline, GamCare and BeGambleAware if you want to talk to someone independent. Play is for over-18s only, and one account per person.

Getting help with points, prizes or your account

Live chat is open daily from 8am to 4am and email support is available too. Both run in English, as does the site. If you are asking about a tournament prize or a wheel drop, it helps to say which day you were playing and which title you were on.

If a complaint goes through our process and you are still not satisfied, IBAS, the Independent Betting Adjudication Service, can look into it as an independent adjudicator.

Our licence, fair games and your security

We are licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 023328-R-307313-026. Your connection is encrypted, we verify identity before a first payout, and deposit limits and self-exclusion are built into your account.

Games come from licensed suppliers and run on certified random number generators, and they are independently audited for fairness by eCOGRA. Return-to-player figures and the full rules sit inside each title under its help or information menu. If a round is interrupted, it is stored and can be continued from where it stopped; undecided bets in rounds that stay incomplete are voided after 7 days.

VIP Program: questions and answers

How do I earn loyalty points?

Just play with real money. You get 1 loyalty point for every £10 you wager, and the points are added as you go.

Do points come from my deposits or my stakes?

Your stakes. If you deposit £20 and keep staking what comes back, every pound you wager counts towards the total, not only the £20 you paid in.

How many points would £250 of stakes give me?

25 points. The rate is 1 point per £10 wagered, so divide your total stakes by ten.

Do I have to wager tournament and wheel drop prizes before taking them out?

No. All Daily Tournament and Weekly Wheel Drop prizes are paid as cash with no wagering attached.

What is the smallest bet that counts in a Daily Tournament?

£0.05. Prizes are then decided by where you finish on the leaderboard, with a top prize of £3,000.

Can I win more than once in the same Weekly Wheel Drop?

Yes, up to two prizes per player in each Weekly Wheel Drop. You need three wheel pieces for each spin of the wheel.

Can I have two accounts to collect points faster?

No. One open account per person is allowed, and each promotion is awarded once per person, per household and per device.

Will setting a deposit limit affect my points?

It only caps what you can pay in. Points still build at 1 per £10 wagered on whatever you choose to stake.
